Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Draftboard while the product is in beta. Short, because the product is still changing.

Beta
Draftboard is in beta. It is provided as-is: features may change, be removed or break, and there is no service-level agreement or uptime guarantee. It is free during beta; there are no payments and nothing to cancel. We will tell you before anything about that changes.
Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email, so anyone with access to your inbox can access your account. Keep your email account secure and tell us if you think someone else has used yours.

Acceptable use
Don't use Draftboard to:
- Store or share content that is illegal or that you don't have the right to use.
- Abuse the AI features, for example to generate content that is harmful, to attempt to extract other people's data, or to circumvent usage limits.
- Interfere with the service, other users' workspaces or the connected AI tools.
When you connect ChatGPT, Claude or a coding tool, their own terms also apply to what they do with your workspace.
Your content
You own what you put in your workspaces. You grant us the right to host, store and process that content so we can provide the service to you — including sending it to the AI providers described in the Privacy Policy when you use the AI features. We don't claim any other rights to it.
Termination
You can stop using Draftboard and request deletion of your account and data at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we may end the beta.
