Every plan is also bounded by Director's own safety limits. Workspace AI allowances reset monthly.
Good to know
Is there a free trial?
Free is the trial. You don't need a credit card to start, and Free includes Director, Workspace AI and the ChatGPT and Claude connectors.
Monthly or annual?
Pro is billed monthly. There's no annual plan yet.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from the billing portal in Settings. You keep Pro until the end of the billing period you've paid for, then your account moves to Free.
Is Workspace AI unlimited on Pro?
No. Pro includes a much larger monthly Workspace AI allowance than Free, but it isn't unlimited.
What about Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT and Claude?
Those run on your own accounts with those providers. Their usage is covered by your plans with them, not billed by Draftboard.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. If you have more workspaces than Free includes, you choose which stay active; the rest become read-only until you upgrade again.
When are Power and Work coming?
When they're ready — we'll announce them first. Teams can join the Work waitlist today.
